The deadline for submitting the affidavit regarding the real beneficiary, provided by Law no. 129/2019 for the prevention and combating of money laundering is extended by 1 November 2020.
Until 1 November 2020, the affidavit regarding the beneficial owner may be submitted either in the form of a private signature or in electronically, and may be sent to the trade register office without any other formality, by electronic means, with electronic signature or by postal services or courier.
The affidavit can also be submitted in authentic form, certified by a lawyer or given at the trade register office.
