The financial and tax advisory team of TPA Romania is proud to have assisted the Austrian real estate company S IMMO AG in the process of acquiring Campus 6.2 and Campus 6.3 office buildings developed by the Swedish construction group Skanska in the proximity of the Politehnica University.
The transaction has an approximate value of Euro 97 million, consisting of two eleven-story Class A office buildings with a total lettable area of 38,000 sqm, 99% being already leased to reputable companies such as Microsoft and Société Générale European Business Services. The transfer of the property to S IMMO’s portfolio is scheduled for Q2 2021.
With Bucharest being an important European IT&C hub, the acquisition of the two Campus 6 buildings has strengthened the position of S IMMO AG on the Romanian real estate market, adding to the current portfolio which includes the Novotel Hotel, Sun Plaza Commercial Centre, Sun Offices and The Mark.
