a supervisory role;<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in mentoring, supervising, and developing audit staff by creating and supporting appropriate work assignments, applying proper delegation, and providing coaching and feedback candidly and constructively;<\/li>\n<li>Client service orientation combined with creative problem-solving skills;<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated, take ownership of personal and professional growth and development;<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA \/ CAFR \/ ASPAAS);<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Romanian and English.
