As a\u00a0Tax Consultant,<\/strong>\u00a0you must demonstrate the ability to understand the underlying principles of profit tax computation and individual taxation, have strong accounting knowledge, and have a good understanding of VAT rules. Additionally, you should demonstrate awareness of the need to stay up to date with legislative changes, supported by strong research skills.<\/p>

Written and verbal communication skills (in Romanian and English or German) are necessary, as well as intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent collaboration skills. You must also demonstrate integrity within a professional environment, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries, show initiative, and assume full responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables.<\/p>

A bachelor\u2019s degree in any economic or legal area and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in tax advisory are required.<\/p>

Even more important, the ideal candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm and willingness to pursue a career path in tax advisory services, as well as the ability to fit in and adapt to the team.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You will participate in formal training courses and on-the-job training led by managers.
