portfolio;<\/li>\n<li>assure that all records, transactions, reports, operating practices, and documentation are in compliance with Romanian regulations;<\/li>\n<li>prepare\/review VAT returns, profit tax returns, other declarations as required;<\/li>\n<li>prepare\/review statutory financial statements in accordance with Romanian legislation for a number of clients allocated;<\/li>\n<li>summarize financial indicators and present recommendations to clients in order to increase business profitability;<\/li>\n<li>provide assistance and advice to clients on all matters regarding financial issues;<\/li>\n<li>coach less experienced accountants in developing their professional competency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element customer-orientated behavior;<\/li>\n \t<li>ability to quickly adapt to changing client and business dynamics;<\/li>\n \t<li>the ability to manage his\/her own time effectively;<\/li>\n \t<li>written and verbal communication skills necessary (in both Romanian and English) to effectively interface with all levels of firm management and staff, clients, and other external business contacts;<\/li>\n \t<li>more than 4 years of working experience in accounting outsourced service;<\/li>\n \t<li>bachelor\u2019s\/ master\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant areas;<\/li>\n<li>expert Accountant qualification from CECCAR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb7602a elementor-widget
