of clients;<\/li><li>ensure that all records, transactions, reports, and documentation are in compliance with Romanian legislation;<\/li><li>calculate taxes according to Romanian fiscal legislation;<\/li><li>prepare all declarations as required by law;<\/li><li>prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Romanian laws for the assigned clients;<\/li><li>provide assistance and advice to clients on all matters regarding accounting issues;<\/li><li>provide assistance during tax inspections;<\/li><li>prepare group or other reports requested by the clients;<\/li><li>prepare reports required by the National Institute of Statistics or the National Bank of Romania;<\/li><li>mentor junior accountants in developing their professional competency.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a38a297 elementor-widget dynamics;<\/li><li>effective time management skills;<\/li><li>high proficiency in English (German is a plus);<\/li><li>professional communication skills in Romanian and English\/German, across all the company&#8217;s levels and with external business contacts;<\/li><li>a strong sense of responsibility;<br \/>a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset;<\/li><li>minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting;<\/li><li>a degree in Economics or related fields;<br \/>the chartered accountant (CECCAR) qualification &#8211; an advantage;<\/li><li>IFRS knowledge &#8211; an
