responsibilities:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f5b932 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f5b932\" client\u2019s portfolio;<\/li>\n<li>assure that all records, transactions, reports, operating practices, and documentation are in compliance with Romanian regulations;<\/li>\n<li>prepare VAT returns, profit tax returns, other declarations as required;<\/li>\n<li>prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Romanian legislation for a number of clients allocated;<\/li>\n<li>coach junior accountants in developing their professional competency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3491b34 elementor-widget ability to manage his\/her own time effectively;<\/li>\n<li>written and verbal communication skills necessary (in both Romanian and English) to effectively interface with all levels of firm management and staff, clients, and other external business contacts;<\/li>\n<li>more than 2 years of working experience in accounting outsourced service<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or other relevant areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9983e6f elementor-widget
