elementor-size-default\">Despre Directiv\u0103<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29b7382 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29b7382\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Directiva UE privind transparen\u021ba salarial\u0103 introduce un nou cadru legal menit s\u0103 asigure <strong>egalitatea de remunerare pentru aceea\u0219i munc\u0103 sau pentru munca de valoare egal\u0103 \u00eentre femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Directiva:<\/p><ul><li>marcheaz\u0103 o schimbare fundamental\u0103 \u00een abordarea salariz\u0103rii, trec\u00e2nd de la confiden\u021bialitate la transparen\u021b\u0103, \u0219i impune angajatorilor:<ul><li>s\u0103 divulge informa\u021bii generale legate de remunerarea salaria\u021bilor lor;<\/li><li>s\u0103 raporteze diferen\u021bele salariale defalcate \u00een func\u021bie de gen;<\/li><li>s\u0103 ia m\u0103suri de remediere \u00een cazurile \u00een care exist\u0103 diferen\u021be nejustificate;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>\u00eent\u0103re\u0219te drepturile angaja\u021bilor de a solicita \u0219i primi informa\u021bii privind nivelurile de remunerare (inclusiv criteriile de stabilire a acestora) \u0219i de a ob\u021bine compensa\u021bii \u00een cazul discrimin\u0103rii salariale;<\/li><li>introduce sanc\u021biuni pentru prevenirea \u0219i combaterea discrimin\u0103rii salariale;<\/li><li>se aplic\u0103 tuturor angajatorilor (at\u00e2t din mediul public, c\u00e2t \u0219i privat) \u0219i tuturor categoriilor de angaja\u021bi din UE, inclusiv celor part-time, cu contract de munc\u0103 pe durat\u0103 determinat\u0103 sau celor angaja\u021bi prin intermediul agen\u021biilor de plasare a for\u021bei de munc\u0103 temporar\u0103.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c77236a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c77236a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Obliga\u021bii de raportare<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c0b088 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9c0b088\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pentru angajatorii cu cel pu\u021bin 100 de angaja\u021bi, noul cadru legislativ introduce obliga\u021bia de raportare privind diferen\u021bele salariale de gen.<\/p><p><strong>Cerin\u021be principale de raportare:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>diferen\u021be salariale defalcate \u00een func\u021bie de gen (medie \u0219i median\u0103);<\/li><li>diferen\u021be salariale at\u00e2t cu privire la salariul de baz\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i cu privire la orice eventuale componente variabile \u0219i\/sau adi\u021bionale ale remunera\u021biei;<\/li><li>propor\u021bia femeilor \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bilor care primesc remunera\u021bii variabile;<\/li><li>distribu\u021bia \u00een func\u021bie de gen \u00een cuartalele salariale;<\/li><li>diferen\u021bele salariale pe categorii de angaja\u021bi (salariu de baz\u0103 vs. componente variabile).<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Calendarul de raportare este ilustrat \u00een transparent\u0103 privind remunerarea, pentru a asigura conformarea cu prevederile directivei.<\/p><p><strong>Ac\u021biuni cheie:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>clasificarea \u0219i gruparea angaja\u021bilor \u00een categorii care presteaz\u0103 aceea\u0219i munc\u0103 sau munc\u0103 de valoare egal\u0103, \u00een baza unor criterii obiective \u0219i neutre din punct de vedere al genului;<\/li><li>implementarea unor structuri salariale care s\u0103 asigure remunera\u021bie egal\u0103 sau similar\u0103 pentru munc\u0103 egal\u0103;<\/li><li>definirea unor principii \u0219i practici de remunerare (e.g. salariu fix, componente variabile \u0219i alte elemente asimilate salariului);<\/li><li>implementarea unor procese de evaluare a performantei angaja\u021bilor (e.g. criterii, obiective, matrici, etc.) care s\u0103 asigure transparen\u021ba \u0219i obiectivitatea procesului;<\/li><li>revizuirea \u0219i actualizarea politicilor \u0219i procedurilor de HR (inclusiv recrutarea);<\/li><li>clarificarea rolurilor, responsabilit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i descrierilor de post.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
