Dan joined TPA Romania affiliated legal practice in 2007, he became Legal Manager in 2011 and was promoted to Legal Partner in 2018.
Full practice attorney, full member of the Bucharest Bar Association, Dan obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Bucharest University Law School in 2001 and has more than 15 years of professional experience, specializing in dispute resolution, real estate transactions and M&A.
Ever since joining TPA, Dan has consistently contributed in consolidating and developing the litigation portfolio and, together with the TPA legal team, has been successfully assisting and advising major key-accounts on a wide array of legal matters, in various sectors and industries, building trust worthy, quality based, long-term professional collaboration with both clients and colleagues.
